Whether you are a complete beginner, have some experience, or are looking to develop more advanced techniques, the day will be tailored to suit you.

At the start of the session we’ll chat about your experience and what you would like to achieve, and the day will be planned accordingly. Beginners can learn the foundations of crochet, including how to hold the hook and yarn, create basic stitches, and start simple projects. If you already have some experience, you can build your confidence with new stitches, pattern reading, shaping techniques, or help with an ongoing project. More advanced crocheters can explore more complex techniques and develop their skills further with guidance and support including designing their own garments and converting and writing patterns.

This workshop is all about learning in a relaxed and supportive environment, with plenty of individual help throughout the day.

All materials are provided, but those with some experience are welcome to bring along their own yarn or hooks.

By the end of the day you’ll have developed new skills, grown in confidence, and enjoyed the pleasure of spending time making with yarn.

All your materials and tools are included as well as endless tea and coffee for in person courses!
